Real Estate Cold Caller (Latin America) at CrewBloom. We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Real Estate Cold Caller, currently based in Latin America, to join our client’s team on a full-time basis. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, introducing our products/services, and setting appointments for our sales professionals. Your primary goal will be to generate leads and contribute to our sales pipeline.. Qualifications. . A minimum of 3 years of experience in a call center sales environment . . A minimum of 3 years of experience with cold calling, handling objections, CRM tools. . A minimum of 1 year of experience with Smarter Contact, Readymode, Podio, and Slack. . A minimum of 3 years of experience working with Real Estate companies using fluent English with neutral accent and a professional tone. . Job Responsibilities. . Generate a minimum of 8-12 leads per day via live transfers to an acquisition specialist.. . Follow up with potential clients via prewritten emails.. . Enter all activities and data into HubSpot CRM.. . Update notes and move deals through various stages within the CRM.. . Set up phone appointments for potential clients to speak with our sales professionals.. . Achieve 500-600 outbound calls per day.. . . Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.. . Familiarity with CRM software, preferably HubSpot.. . Ability to follow scripts and prewritten email templates effectively.. . Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.. .
