As our Inside Sales Agent (ISA), you’ll be the first point of contact for most of our leads—helping us qualify opportunities and route them to our acquisitions and Dispo teams. You’ll follow structured workflows, manage leads inside Follow-Up Boss, and keep the sales pipeline moving.. What You’ll Be Doing:. ●     Make contact with inbound leads generated by our outbound ISA team and marketing campaigns. ●     Qualify seller motivation, property condition, and timing to sell. ●     Consistently follow up on past leads to revive cold opportunities. ●     Keep accurate notes and lead statuses in Follow-Up Boss. ●     Set appointments for the acquisitions team and ensure strong handoffs. ●     Respond quickly during business hours and act as the “point guard” for our sales process. Qualifications:. ●     3+ years of experience in inside sales, lead management, or real estate sales preferred. ●     Bilingual (English/Spanish) Required. ●     Clear verbal communication and confident phone presence. ●     Strong organizational skills and follow-through. ●     Experience using CRMs (Follow-Up Boss a plus) . ●     Must be available full-time (8am–6pm EST). . . . .
