Deliver exceptional customer support in Slovak via phone, email, and chat. . Assist customers with questions about Dyson products, troubleshooting, and service requests. . Document customer interactions accurately in our support system. . Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently. . Provide product knowledge and guide customers on how to maximize their Dyson products. . Gather customer feedback to help improve our services and products. . Participate in training sessions to stay updated on Dyson’s latest innovations. . A high level of Slovak, and a high level of English, both written and verbal, is required.
