Your main responsibilities will be:. 📦 Create, edit, and publish product listings across platforms. 🧾 Update listings with product info, track sales, and revise sold items. 📬 Add shipping tracking, print labels, and manage order-related messages. 💼 Handle refunds, disputes, and customer follow-ups. 🔍 Track incoming and outgoing shipments with precision. 📊 Maintain Excel reports and help analyze sales data. 💬 Communicate with buyers, answer questions, and ensure a smooth post-purchase experience.
