We are looking for an experienced Technical Advisor with . deep expertise in the residential real estate brokerage industry.  to guide and strengthen our team of virtual specialists. This role is ideal for someone with . strong, diversified knowledge in residential real estate administration and support for high volume brokers, teams and individual agents. The right person will have expansive knowledge on a wide range of platforms, including the MLS, Document Management Systems, CRMs, Transaction Management, Real Estate Marketing Tools, Vendor Management, and more. . The Technical Advisor will act as a subject matter expert, providing insights, training, and strategies to improve performance, efficiency, and accuracy across all client accounts.. Key Responsibilities. ·       Provide expert advice on real estate administrative support processes.. ·       Review and refine administrative workflows for efficiency and accuracy.. ·       Offer strategic recommendations on real estate CRMs (e.g., Follow Up Boss, LionDesk, Salesforce).. ·       Mentor and train virtual specialists on real estate software and industry best practices.. ·       Troubleshoot and resolve process or technical challenges for the team and clients.. ·       Evaluate and recommend tools or process improvements to optimize client operations.. ·       Stay updated on real estate trends, platforms, and compliance requirements.. ·       Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth technical and operational alignment.. Qualifications. ·       10+ years of experience in the real estate industry (strong, diversified knowledge in residential real estate administration and support for high volume brokers, teams and individual agents. The right person will have expansive knowledge on a wide range of platforms, including the MLS, Document Management Systems, CRMs, Transaction Management, etc). ·       Proven experience training or advising teams on real estate workflows and tools.. ·       Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.. ·       Ability to translate technical and real estate-related concepts into actionable strategies.. ·       Familiarity with administrative processes such as document prep, contract coordination, and marketing support.. Preferred Skills. ·       Hands-on experience with MLS platforms, CRMs, Document Management platforms, Transaction Management Platforms, Real Estate Marketing Tools, etc.. ·       Previous experience in creating SOPs, developing work processes, etc.. ·       Hands-on experience working in a high volume, residential real estate brokerage virtually or in person wearing lots of hats and managing all the tasks..
