Accountabilities:. Design, develop, and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines to ingest, cleanse, transform, and integrate data from multiple internal and external sources.. Build and optimize data models and architectures to support real-time decision-making, automation, and analytics workflows.. Collaborate with software engineers, data scientists, and business analysts to deliver reliable and scalable solutions for eligibility, claims, and provider data.. Ensure adherence to data governance, security, and privacy standards, including HIPAA and federal regulations.. Support integration of AI/ML solutions such as predictive analytics, automated eligibility determinations, and provider mapping.. Maintain comprehensive documentation for data processes, system integrations, and operational standards.. Optimize data infrastructure for performance, scalability, and reliability across both on-premises and cloud environments.. . Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or a related field; Master’s preferred.. 5+ years of experience designing and implementing large-scale data solutions in healthcare, government, or enterprise environments.. Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, and data pipeline tools (e.g., Apache Spark, Airflow, Azure Data Factory).. Experience with cloud data platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and modern data warehouse technologies.. Deep understanding of ETL/ELT processes, API integration, and real-time data streaming.. Familiarity with analytics tools such as Power BI, Databricks, or Tableau.. Knowledge of federal or healthcare interoperability standards (HL7, FHIR, X12) is a plus.. Experience supporting large-scale modernization projects or complex healthcare data platforms is desirable..
