Provide high-quality customer support in Danish, addressing inquiries related to media and entertainment products effectively.. . Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system, ensuring that all records are up-to-date.. . Work closely with technical and support teams to resolve complex issues encountered by customers.. .
