Manage user acquisition campaigns across social, SDK networks, DSPs, and other platforms. . Optimize and scale a portfolio of hyper-casual and hybrid-casual games. . Develop and test innovative UA strategies to meet performance and profit targets. . Collaborate with the creative and ASO teams on ad concept direction and iteration. . Partner with analytics to enhance reporting and improve campaign optimization. . Act as a UA expert within the team, sharing best practices and mentoring others. . Build and maintain relationships with existing UA partners and onboard new ones. . Present campaign performance, strategies, and insights to leadership. . . 2+ years of hands-on user acquisition experience in mobile gaming. . Strong knowledge of ad-based monetization models and gaming market dynamics. . Proficiency with platforms such as Facebook, TikTok, and Google Ads. . Experience with MMPs like Adjust, AppsFlyer, or similar tools. . Analytical mindset with experience in cohort analysis and UA metrics. . Strong cross-functional communication skills. .
