As a Networking Remote Technical Support Engineer, you will provide professional remote technical support to clients, focusing on identifying, diagnosing, and resolving networking incidents. You will play a critical role in ensuring uninterrupted service delivery, monitoring performance, and proactively addressing potential issues. The position allows you to work in a remote environment while collaborating closely with stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams. You will utilize your technical expertise in networking technologies and support tools to troubleshoot problems efficiently, maintain accurate documentation, and contribute to service improvement initiatives. Provide remote technical support for networking incidents, ensuring timely resolution in line with service level agreements (SLAs).. Utilize monitoring and diagnostic tools to investigate problems, gather performance metrics, and produce reports.. Identify root causes of incidents and implement agreed-upon corrective and preventive measures.. Maintain accurate records of configuration items, incidents, and solutions in knowledge bases.. Collaborate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to resolve issues efficiently.. Perform maintenance tasks, monitor service delivery, and escalate unresolved incidents as required.. Proactively analyze service records to recommend improvements in processes and performance.. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Information Technology, Computing, or a related field.. Associate-level certification in networking technologies such as Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, F5, CCNA, JNCIA, or ACMA.. Entry-level experience in networking technologies, including routing, switching, wireless, and core/access layers.. Basic experience in technical support, troubleshooting, and remote client support.. Working knowledge of vendor technologies like Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, and RiverBed.. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and logical thinking skills..
