Source and attract candidates using innovative recruiting methods and tools.. . Screen candidates through resume evaluation and conducting thorough interviews.. . Collaborate with clients to understand their recruitment needs and advise on best practices.. . Manage the entire recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding.. . Maintain communication with candidates and provide a positive recruitment experience.. . Track and report on recruitment metrics to assess strategy effectiveness.. . Stay updated with industry trends and adjust recruitment strategies accordingly.. . . Previous experience in recruitment is preferred but not mandatory.. .
