Configure and manage Linux virtual servers and related technologies, with occasional Windows involvement.. . Perform application upgrades, patch installations, and troubleshooting for IFS and other systems.. . Automate operational tasks to optimize performance and streamline workflows.. . Provide Level 2–3 technical support to both internal stakeholders and external clients.. . Maintain comprehensive technical documentation and standard operating procedures.. . Participate in on-call rotations to diagnose and resolve performance, availability, or security incidents.. . . 8–10 years of hands-on experience in Linux systems administration and/or development.. . Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent professional experience.. . Strong command of Linux system best practices and advanced Bash scripting skills.. . Solid understanding of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and TCP/IP protocols.. . Experience with Citrix Application configuration and administration.. . Excellent troubleshooting capabilities and a drive to identify root causes of issues.. . Effective interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to translate complex technical ideas to non-technical audiences.. .
