You will work closely with engineers, product managers, and designers to translate complex technical concepts into accessible content for a variety of audiences.. This position has the ability to work remotely in the continental United States. . Position responsibilities include:. Review all product deliverables ensuring the content is consistent, accurate and complete, following the style guide for the agency. Develop, write, and maintain technical documentation including user guides, API docs, FAQs, and release notes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and understand technical information. Simplify complex concepts into easy-to-understand content. Manage documentation updates in response to product changes. Required Qualifications. Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Technical Writing, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience). Proven experience as a Technical Writer or similar role. Strong writing, editing, and communication skills. Ability to understand and explain complex technical concepts. This position requires an active Public Trust clearance.
