We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Operations, Sales &  Marketing Coordinator to support the day-to-day running and growth of the business. This role is responsible for managing internal processes, driving sales activity, supporting marketing initiatives, and maintaining consistent communication across platforms.. Key Responsibilities: . Sales . Manage and maintain your sales pipeline using Pipedrive CRM. Conduct outbound sales outreach using internal databases. Respond to inbound enquiries via info@swoodle in a timely and professional manner. Identify and engage potential partners through affiliate program outreach. Create, manage, and send EDMs (email campaigns) using Brevo, including writing copy and scheduling send-outs. Social Media. Plan and execute weekly social media content aligned with content pillars. Develop content strategies to increase engagement and followers. Create content using tools such as Canva Pro and AI video platforms (e.g. Holo AI). Monitor performance and adjust content strategy accordingly. Marketing. Assist in the creation and development of marketing collateral (digital and print). Ensure brand consistency across all materials. Internal Operations. Develop, maintain, and update procedure manuals across all business functions. Ensure all processes are clearly documented and easy to follow. Manage and deliver weekly reporting on key business metrics. Participate in weekly meeting, including follow-ups. At least 3 years of experience in Sales and Marketing . Strong sales skills with a proven ability to engage and convert leads. Experience with CRM platforms (preferably Pipedrive). Experience with Canva, AI content tools, and email marketing platforms (e.g. Brevo) preferred. Strong written communication skills (for email campaigns and content creation). Good understanding of social media platforms and content creation. Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities. Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently. Creative thinker with an eye for detail and a proactive mindset.. Comfortable working autonomously, with the initiative to anticipate needs and solve problems independently.. Experience supporting startup businesses or small teams, with the adaptability to thrive in a fast-moving environment.. Work Arrangement & Expectations:.
