We’re looking for a motivated and versatile team member to join us in a Sales & Marketing Coordinator role, with a strong focus on sales activities and support across marketing and internal operations. This position is ideal for someone who’s proactive, organised, and eager to make an impact across multiple areas of the business. While the role is primarily sales-driven, you’ll also play a key part in marketing and admin functions.. Key Responsibilities: . Sales . . Manage CRM: data entry, pipeline management, and reporting. . Handle sales conversions: follow-ups and enquiries. . Customer onboarding and demo calls. . Cold calling and outreach to prospective customers. . Affiliate program outreach and relationship building. . Manage Close Call AI (call-backs and emails via log). . Database development (data scraping and list building). . Create sales collateral to support the sales process. . Marketing. . Manage social media across Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. . Create engaging content (images, copy, blogs, reels, video, etc.). . Engage with communities (comments, groups, forums). . Develop marketing collateral. . Assist with EDM creation and manage campaign send-outs via Brevo. . Internal Operations. . Review and update internal documents. . Conduct ad hoc research as required. . Organise and maintain files and records. . . At least 3 years of experience in Sales and Marketing . . Strong sales skills with a proven ability to engage and convert leads. . Familiarity with CRM platforms (Pipedrive experience preferred). . Good understanding of social media platforms and content creation. . Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities. . Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently. . Creative thinker with an eye for detail and a proactive mindset.. . Comfortable working autonomously, with the initiative to anticipate needs and solve problems independently.. .
