Accountabilities. In this role, you will:. . Build and scale a high-performing team, hiring developers, designers, analysts, and QA specialists.. . Drive the product lifecycle from MVP to full release, defining and maintaining the roadmap aligned with business goals and user needs.. . Approve and oversee UI/UX decisions while integrating market and competitor insights into product development.. . Apply Agile/Scrum methodologies to plan, prioritize, and deliver milestones on time.. . Maintain transparent documentation using tools like Jira and Confluence.. . Collaborate closely with leadership to align on product strategy, while ensuring effective stakeholder communication.. . Oversee testing and quality assurance, as well as post-launch improvements based on user feedback and performance metrics.. . . To succeed in this position, you should bring:. . 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in technology-driven companies.. .
