Brand Control Analyst at Lago. Role: Brand Control Analyst. Location: Remote. Hours: 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM EST. Salary: (open to negotiation based on experience). The Brand Control Analyst is responsible for monitoring and protecting brand partners’ presence on Amazon by identifying and resolving pricing and Buy Box issues, conducting competitive pricing research, coordinating directly with Amazon Seller Central support, and assisting Brand Control Directors with investigating unauthorized storefronts. This role requires strong analytical skills, advanced Excel proficiency, and hands-on experience navigating Amazon Seller Central accounts. . Primary Responsibilities:. Monitor, investigate, and address suppressed Buy Boxes on Amazon on behalf of brand partners. . Research pricing for relevant products across Amazon and external e-commerce platforms. . Submit and manage cases with Amazon Seller Central to resolve pricing discrepancies and related errors. . Create and maintain customized reports using internal data and Microsoft Excel. . Submit intellectual property (IP) complaints to Amazon on behalf of brand partners using provided templated language. . Communicate effectively and professionally with Amazon’s customer service and support teams regarding pricing, Buy Box eligibility, and account health issues. . Investigate unauthorized sellers across the internet on behalf of brand partners.. Demonstrated experience working with Amazon Seller Central accounts. . Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis and reporting. . Strong understanding of Amazon’s pricing policies, price-matching mechanisms, and Buy Box rotation. . Fluent English speaker with excellent written and verbal communication skills. . Preferred Qualifications . Prior experience contacting Amazon Seller Central support to address pricing issues and/or account health concerns. . Availability & Work Schedule Requirements . Availability to start during the week of January 12th or January 19th (earlier start preferred if available). . Ability to work 40 hours per week. . Standard work schedule from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM EST. . Work Environment . This role requires consistent attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently while adhering to established processes and timelines. .
