Manage the executive's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. . Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence with precision and professionalism. . Organize and maintain electronic files and documentation for easy access. . Serve as a point of contact for internal and external communications. . Conduct research and provide insights to assist in decision-making. . Coordinate special projects and follow up on key deliverables. . Provide day-to-day administrative support as needed, including email management. . Assist in social media engagement and content planning. . . Minimum of 2 years experience in a Virtual Assistant or Executive Assistant role. . Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. . Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. . Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with online collaboration tools. . Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively. . High level of attention to detail and problem-solving skills. . Experience with project management tools and CRM software preferred. .
