Respond to customer inquiries in Italian through phone, email, and chat. . Assist customers with food orders, delivery inquiries, and app functionality. . Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records in our support system. . Collaborate with delivery teams to resolve issues and improve customer experience. . Provide clear guidance on using the food delivery platform and services. . Gather customer feedback to continuously enhance service quality. . Participate in training sessions to stay informed about menu offerings and delivery procedures. . Fluency in Italian and English, both written and verbal. Your native language and nationality must be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.. Experience in customer support, preferably in the food service or delivery sector.
