About the Role:. The Program Support Specialist is responsible for qualifying and preparing healthcare professionals for federal government staffing contracts. You will ensure candidate submissions are complete, accurate, and compliant with contract labor category standards and VA/DoD requirements. This role is key to maintaining Cynet’s fill rates, package acceptance percentages, and timeliness metrics under government task orders.. What will you be doing day to day?. . Qualify healthcare professionals (clinical and non-clinical) against contract labor categories and requirements. . Prepare and review candidate submission packages (resume, licenses, certifications, DEA/NPI, immunizations, background checks, etc.). . Ensure submissions meet contract timeliness standards (5 days non-credentialed, 7 days credentialed, 18 days privileged staff). . Partner with the Credentialing & Compliance Program Manager to achieve ≥92% package acceptance rate. . Maintain trackers and dashboards to support reporting on fill rates, timeliness, and acceptance metrics. . Communicate with candidates to guide them through onboarding and credentialing requirements. . Collaborate with recruiters, credentialing staff, and compliance teams to resolve documentation gaps quickly. . Support monthly and quarterly reporting deliverables tied to federal contract performance. . Other duties as assigned. . . Your Experience and skills:. . 2–4+ years of experience in healthcare staffing, credentialing support, or recruiting operations. . Demonstrated experience working within Service Contract Act (SCA) guidelines and maintaining compliance in candidate submissions.. . Knowledge of healthcare licensure, credentialing, or compliance preferred. . Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to meet strict deadlines. . Excellent written and verbal communication skills. . Comfortable working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment. . Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ATS/CRM platforms. . Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent work experience accepted. . . About Cynet Health:.
