In this role, you will be responsible for shaping and executing digital marketing strategies that drive visibility, engagement, and lead generation. You will design and curate impactful content for social and digital platforms, ensuring alignment with both local needs and international brand priorities. Acting as a key liaison between academic teams, industry partners, and global marketing stakeholders, you will amplify initiatives, student projects, and campaigns that resonate with diverse audiences. Accountabilities. As a Digital Marketing & Content Specialist, your main responsibilities will include:. . Developing, curating, and publishing engaging content for paid and organic campaigns on Meta platforms, tailored to local market needs and aligned with brand tone.. . Collaborating with academic teams and industry partners to highlight projects, initiatives, and student work that drive visibility and lead generation.. . Supporting international campaigns in partnership with the global marketing team, ensuring consistency and alignment across markets.. . Coordinating campaign planning, landing page optimization, and CRM workflows to ensure quality lead acquisition.. . Monitoring, analyzing, and reporting on campaign performance across the full funnel (reach, engagement, leads, CRM conversions).. . Acting as the digital marketing point of contact for the Mumbai school, identifying content opportunities and providing insights to support global initiatives.. . Contributing to SEO strategies by spotting relevant trends, keywords, and content themes to enhance visibility and traffic.. . To thrive in this role, you should bring a strong mix of creativity, technical expertise, and stakeholder management skills:. . 2–4 years of proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on social media content and Meta Ads.. . Hands-on experience with Meta Business Suite and campaign performance analysis.. . Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or similar, and knowledge of lead lifecycle management.. . Solid understanding of SEO principles and their application in content strategies.. .
