We are looking for a strategic and dynamic Account Sales Director for our Solar Construction Technology division. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for driving sales efforts and expanding market share for Terabase Energy’s innovative products and technologies in the solar construction sector. Reporting to the VP of Sales, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop effective sales strategies, build and maintain customer relationships, and identify new business opportunities. . Location: Remote, with some travel required (up to 30%). . Responsibilities . Sales Strategy: . Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and market growth in the solar construction technology segment. . Identify, target, and engage potential customers within the solar power installation industry, including EPCs, project developers, and construction firms. . Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs that inform your sales approach. . Client Relationship Management: . Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in target accounts to drive engagement and loyalty. . Act as a trusted advisor to customers, providing insights into our products and how they can address specific challenges in solar construction. . Conduct presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions to effectively showcase the value of our technology solutions.. Collaboration and Coordination: . Work closely with the product management and engineering teams to relay customer feedback and inform product improvements. . Collaborate with marketing to develop compelling sales materials and campaigns that effectively communicate our value proposition.. Sales Reporting and Analysis: . Minimum Qualifications .
