Respond to customer inquiries in Dutch or Flemish via phone, email, and chat. . Assist clients with questions regarding energy services, billing, and account management. . Accurately document customer interactions and resolutions in our CRM system. . Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues. . Provide clear and concise information about services and updates. . Gather client feedback to enhance service delivery. . Engage in ongoing training to stay updated on industry trends and services. . . Fluency in Dutch or Flemish and English, both written and verbal. . Previous experience in customer support, ideally within the energy or utilities sector. . Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. . Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. .
