The Strategy & Analytics Lead will lead data, analytics, and finance for critical enterprise-wide initiatives. This includes leading cross-functional teams for (1) analytics & reporting, (2) data requirements, and (3) financial modeling.. Responsibilities:. . (1) Analytics & Reporting:. . Creates objectives & key results (OKRs), analyzes results/drivers, and holds the business accountable. . Identifies insights needed to support project needs and business decisions. . Prioritizes analytics requests received from various stakeholders and ensures clear accountability within a cross-functional analytics team. . Partners with cross-functional analysts to synthesize insights and data from across the company into a contextualized view that provides clear, compelling recommendations that drive business impact. . Accountable for packaging insights into strong narratives for senior leaders across the company including c-level executives and agents. . . (2) Data Requirements:. . Facilitates workshops with a cross-functional working group to identify holistic data and reporting requirements for finance, analytics, data science, finance, and operations. . Ensures connectivity between business and data requirements. . Prioritizes requirements received from various stakeholders. . Balances when to leverage tactical, short-term solutions vs strategic, long-term solutions. . Supports Data Product Manager and Data Product Owners in feature / user story facilitation and creation. . Supports Release Train Engineer (RTE) and IT leads for requirement solutions and delivery. . Coordinates directly with internal and external stakeholders to demo prototypes and completed products. . Facilitates cross-functional coordination and change management. . . (3) Financial Modeling:. . Evaluate initiatives from across the company and quickly assess their financial viability through rapid and accurate opportunity sizing . . Build detailed business cases for complex projects including assessments across multiple entities (management company, exchange, and agents). . Track and communicate benefit realization against business case/targets . . . Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, required. . Financial Background. . Bachelor's degree in mathematical, statistical or business/financial field. . 5 or more years of experience in data, analytics, data science, or finance (experience in insurance preferred). . Proficient in the use of data visualization tools for presenting insights. . Strong knowledge of SQL or other querying language. . Highly proficient with Microsoft Office products such as Excel and PowerPoint, required. . Strong leadership skills to effectively lead and influence cross-functional project teams,. . Experience in organizing and managing multiple teams and departments. . Experience in planning and leading strategic initiatives . . Nimble business mindset with a focus on creative solutions. .
