The ideal candidate is . organized, detail-driven, and proactive. , with experience in managing compliance systems, ingredient documentation, and regulatory submissions across multiple markets. You’ll collaborate closely with Product Development, Quality, and our external regulatory consultants to ensure all formulas, packaging, and claims are fully compliant and launch-ready.. Location. : Remote. Salary Range:. $70,000-$75,000 (based on experience) . Key Responsibilities. Regulatory Documentation & Systems. Manage and maintain . PIFs (Product Information Files). and supporting documentation for global markets.. Oversee ingredient reviews and submissions through . WERCS. , . Novi Connect. , and . UL. databases.. Ensure timely and accurate updates of formula data, allergens, SDS, and labeling requirements.. Maintain product compliance tracking, including . MoCRA. requirements, FDA registration, and responsible person documentation.. Cross-Functional Coordination. Partner with Product Development, Packaging, Quality, and Operations to ensure all formulas and packaging meet . global regulatory standards. .. Collaborate with external . regulatory consultants and testing labs. to secure product registrations, claims substantiation, and stability/safety testing.. Support marketing and creative teams with compliant copy, ingredient transparency, and claim language review.. Product Testing & Compliance. Coordinate . product safety testing, stability, preservative efficacy, and compatibility studies. .. Ensure all finished products meet applicable . EU, UK, Canadian, and US. regulatory requirements.. Monitor and interpret changes in regulatory frameworks impacting beauty, skincare, haircare, and fragrance categories.. Data Management & Process Ownership. Manage all documentation control related to formulas, safety reports, testing data, and ingredient disclosures.. Maintain organized and current regulatory folders for both in-development and in-market products.. Assist in developing internal systems and templates to streamline compliance and reporting.. Create, maintain, and validate master data for items and BOMs in ERP.. Partner with cross-functional teams (Planning, Procurement, Finance, Regulatory, Logistics) to ensure data accuracy and alignment with business needs.. Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Cosmetic Science, Biology, Regulatory Affairs, or related field.. 1–3 years of experience in product development or regulatory affairs, preferably in cosmetics, personal care, or consumer packaged goods.. Strong understanding of global cosmetic regulations (U.S. FDA, EU Cosmetic Regulation 1223/2009, Canada, China NMPA a plus).. Experience with INCI labeling, ingredient safety, and product claims substantiation.. Excellent attention to detail and project management skills.. Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.. Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with systems such as Devex, WERCS, or SAP/NetSuite a plus..
