Maintain our Ashby recruiting platform. with meticulous attention to detail and candidate pipeline management. . . Send timely candidate follow-ups. and ensure no prospect falls through the cracks. . . Adapt sourcing strategies quickly. based on hiring manager feedback and calibration sessions. . .
