Share valuable insights on how customers are utilizing the software and suggest areas for enhancement to the Project Manager, Account Manager, and Product Team Leader, fostering greater engagement with our products among the customer base.. . Serve as a key internal subject matter expert (SME) on timetabling practices and software.. . Provide support in addressing escalated (Level 3+) support tickets.. .
