We're looking for a detail-oriented and systematic individual to help ensure the most robust quality assurance system ever built. You will work directly with senior members of the Accreditation Team and leading education organizations to manage accreditation compliance paperwork. We will prioritize operationally strong candidates with a proven attention to detail and willingness to learn the details of accreditation regulation. While you do not need any knowledge of academic accreditation or law in the EU or US, . this role requires you to have either a background in law or a PhD. . . Key Responsibilities. 1) Quality Assurance. You'll be responsible for helping to maintain Woolf’s innovative quality assurance system, including regular review of learning materials to identify potential standards issues, as well as verifying educational documents from around the world.. 2) Academic Administration. You will conduct compliance audits of Woolf’s colleges, ensuring that their records are up to date and free from abnormalities, and that their online presence complies with strict accreditation requirements. You’ll quickly develop a full understanding of Woolf’s accreditation and internal structure, and be able to quickly and carefully identify even subtle compliance issues. . 3) Project Management. You must be able to manage large and complex projects with multiple workstreams and ensure that they are completed with minimal support. You’ll need to be self-activating: rather than waiting for an email reply, you’ll proactively reach out to the relevant person.. 4) Instructional Design. You'll collaboratively help both senior and junior academics reduce complexity in their new academic courses and degree designs, with a keen understanding of how degree design will impact students and the future usability of the program.. 5) Stakeholder management. You're ready to interact across cultural barriers with academic leaders, government officials, and others - all while remaining polite, patient, and cheerful despite challenges. You'll persist and remain goal-focused, even when others might be exasperated.. Graduate-level education. Either a PhD or experience in law, regulatory compliance, policy-making, large grant applications, or similar role. Excellent English written and verbal communication skills. You’re a meticulous, systematic, goal focused, and able to work with complex regulatory frameworks. You're patient but persistent in the face of bureaucratic inertia. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Ability to distill complex information and communicate it effectively. Strong, solution-oriented problem-solving skills. Readiness to work in a start-up environment - you'll be a self-starter, able to take initiative in breaking ambiguous projects into concrete, time-bound steps.. Preferred Qualifications. Experience in the higher education sector, such lecturing, maintaining compliance with accreditation standards, curriculum mapping, and curriculum development. Previous experience or demonstrated passion for higher education/edtech. Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to new circumstances.
