Support business development by sourcing leads, identifying key contacts, and engaging prospective clients through personalised outreach.. Conduct market mapping to identify senior talent and target accounts across medical devices, healthcare AI, and engineering sectors.. Source and engage candidates using recruitment tech platforms and CRM tools.. Craft tailored messaging sequences to attract both passive and active candidates.. Maintain up-to-date, high-quality records in the CRM.. Collaborate closely with the founder to deliver strong candidate pipelines..
