As the Senior Compliance Officer, you will be responsible for leading the organization’s compliance team executing a comprehensive approach to our regulatory exposures, client contract management and temporary employee management. You will oversee our legal case load liaising with C-suite and external counsel to achieve satisfactory outcomes as well as liaising with our sales teams and clients on revenue related agreements. The Compliance Manager will work closely with the executive team to ensure the organization run a regulatorily sound environment proactively mitigating risks  before they escalate. This role supports legal compliance by coordinating obligations, cases, and client RFIs. It ensures contracts meet risk standards while maximizing revenue and oversees the vetting and onboarding of contract or temporary staff.. What you will be doing:. Legal Liaison:. . Collaborate with external legal advisors to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations affecting the business and it’s endeavors.. . Coordinate our legal portfolio case load. Ensuring satisfactory outcomes in a timely manner.. . Monitor changes in legislation and advise management on necessary adjustments to policies and procedures, liaising closely with internal stakeholders. . . Escalating legal issues to senior leadership and the search cap management team as necessary. . . Contract Coordination:. . Operate as liaison to the sales team on escalated contractual issues and queries. . . Review, analyze, and approve contracts for clients, ensuring they align with the agency's goals and protect our interests.. . Utilize commercial acumen to identify potential risks and opportunities within contracts across our portfolio.. . Ensure our contracts are recorded, saved, stored in line with data requirements. . . Assist in the research of new products, services and regional legislation in line with business initiatives. . . Contractor Onboarding and Deployment:. . Oversee the onboarding process for contractors, ensuring all compliance requirements are met.. . Conduct thorough vetting of contractors, including background checks and reference verification.. . Manage the deployment process, ensuring contractors are compliant with client-specific requirements.. . Assist in the management of the timesheeting system . . Response Writing and Documentation:. . Assist in drafting and reviewing critical response materials, such as proposals, compliance reports, RFIs and policy documents.. . Ensure that all written materials adhere to legal standards and reflect the organization's values and objectives.. . Assist in compliance audit responses as required by the organization. . . Our Ideal candidate has:. . Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field.. . Proven experience in a compliance role, within a recruitment agency or talent management organizations.. . Strong understanding of legal proceedings and contract law in the recruitment industry .. . Excellent commercial acumen with the ability to assess risks and opportunities in contractual agreements.. . Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.. . Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly both internally and externally.. . Preferred Qualifications. .
