This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive growth in the U.S. Utilities market, covering Broadband, Telecom, Power, Water, and Gas sectors. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with key decision-makers, and executing targeted sales strategies. This fully remote, high-impact position allows you to leverage your industry expertise while collaborating with internal teams to ensure excellent service delivery. The role emphasizes results-driven performance, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of client needs in the utility and engineering services space.. . Accountabilities. In this role, you will:. . Execute targeted sales and business development strategies across the Utilities sector.. . Identify, pursue, and win new business opportunities in Broadband, Telecom, and Energy domains.. . Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.. . Deliver tailored presentations and proposals to align with client objectives.. . Manage a robust sales pipeline to achieve revenue targets.. . Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and service delivery.. . Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and client needs to inform strategy.. . The ideal candidate will have:. . 7–18 years of sales or business development experience, with at least 6 years in the U.S. Utilities sector (Broadband, CATV, Telecom, Power, Water, Gas).. . Proven track record in selling engineering or IT services.. . Strong network and established relationships with key utility industry stakeholders.. . Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.. . Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.. .
