Head of Design at MIRA CONSTRUCTION L.L.C. We are looking for a talented and strategically-minded Head of Design who can build a brand’s visual communication from the very first guidelines to powerful digital and offline products. Expect a creative mix of UX/UI, branding, creative concepts, and print design. We value designers who not only make things beautiful but create business-driven, functional designs.. Responsibilities:. - Lead and mentor a creative design team (growth, processes, guidance). - Develop and evolve brand and product visual identities. - Prepare print-ready layouts (catalogs, posters, etc.). - Create digital banners for ads, landing pages, and social media. - Work on UX/UI: user flow, logic, interfaces. - Oversee design documentation, source files, and templates. - Collaborate with producers, marketers, and top management.. - Portfolio showcasing a systematic approach to design.. - Proficiency in Figma and Illustrator.. - Understanding of technical requirements for print production.. - Experience working with premium brands — a strong plus.. - Ability to think strategically and work hands-on..
