We’re looking for our first. Business Development Representative (BDR). to help grow our enterprise pipeline. You’ll play a key role in reaching the right companies, starting conversations with decision-makers, and fueling our revenue growth.. . What you’ll do. . . Identify and engage qualified prospects within our ideal customer profile (tech and fintech companies with 500+ employees). . Reach out through email, LinkedIn, phone and community channels to spark meaningful conversations – not spam. . Collaborate with Account Executives to develop tailored outreach campaigns and account strategies. . Manage the early stages of the sales cycle: discovery, qualification, and handoff. .
