We are looking for a Project Management Director to lead and inspire a team of around 50 Creative Project Managers (CPMs) and Team Leads. This is a high-impact leadership role focused on building a world-class project management function that delivers exceptional customer outcomes and drives operational excellence at scale.. . You’ll work closely with senior leadership to align strategy, optimize performance, and shape a seamless operation that empowers our teams and impresses our customers. Lead a high-performing team of ~50 CPMs and Team Leads, coaching, mentoring, and inspiring them to consistently deliver top-tier results.. . Drive operational excellence by designing and refining project management processes that promote quality, speed, and consistency across all engagements.. . Align with company strategy, collaborating with senior leadership to evolve the project management function in support of business goals.. . Oversee commercial performance, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on brand, and on budget, with a strong focus on profitability.. . Champion innovation by identifying process improvements, integrating new tools, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.. . Elevate client experience by working closely with Client Success teams to ensure we meet and exceed expectations in every project.. . Build for scale, identifying bottlenecks and implementing lean workflows that support growth.. . Define and track performance metrics that reinforce accountability, quality, and efficiency across the team.. . Proven leadership experience managing large project teams, ideally in media agencies, consultancies, or fast-moving scale-ups.. .
