The Project Manager, TNCs, plays a critical role in advancing transportation decarbonization by driving the electrification of rideshare platforms like Uber and Lyft. Reporting to the Program Director, this position is responsible for managing a portfolio of projects, overseeing budgets, contracts, data analysis, and leading internal and external teams to ensure project success. By electrifying TNCs, which log significantly higher mileage than the average vehicle, this role directly contributes to reducing emissions, improving air quality, and delivering cost savings to drivers. Duties & Responsibilities. . Manage Meetings. : Prepare and lead team meetings with internal and external partners to ensure project alignment.. Project Management. : Coordinate with partners during and between meetings, proactively ensuring deliverables are achieved on time and within budget.. Data Collection and Analysis. : Collaborate with partners to gather relevant data and disseminate insights to stakeholders, enhancing program outcomes.. Reporting. : Summarize progress, findings, and key metrics for regular project deliverables and reports (e.g., weekly, monthly, and quarterly).. System Development and Optimization. : Continuously improve systems and processes to enhance program effectiveness and efficiency.. Qualifications. 3–5 years of professional experience in transportation decarbonization projects (e.g., EVs, charging infrastructure), community engagement, data management, research, and analysis. . Demonstrated ability to lead teams with strong organizational skills, proactive problem-solving, and effective communication. . A degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Public Policy, Public Administration, Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, Urban Planning, or a related field. . Proficiency in zero-emission mobility solutions, project management, community engagement, data management, research, data visualization, and report development. . Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. . Desired Qualifications. Proven knowledge of or experience working with transportation network companies (e.g., Uber, Lyft), including familiarity with their operations and impact on transportation systems.. Awareness and understanding of regulations such as the Clean Miles Standard and ACCII, as well as broader clean transportation policies.. Policy experience, including advocating for the adoption of clean transportation initiatives in new regions..
