This position is a 6-month contract-to-hire role..  . Responsibilities. Assist in the administration of the variable compensation plans. Contribute to making sure that all variable compensation is processed in a timely manner. Partner with various departments around the collection of data that feeds into our commission platform and process. Correctly input data into our commission platform. Perform various tasks in support of the administration of the compensation plans. Provide general support for the sales team as it relates to the role. Assist the A/P team as needed. Support the Sales Operations team as needed. Requirements. B.S. or equivalent experience in business, finance, or related discipline. Must be proficient in Excel (lookups, using pivot tables, working with data tables, sumifs). Must be self-motivated. Must have excellent organizational skills, detail oriented, and able to perform repetitive tasks with extremely high accuracy. Basic SQL skills (some experience with writing scripts). Need to confident in reviewing, sorting and analyzing large data sets. Basic accounting knowledge a plus. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with diverse groups, executives, sales managers, and Engineering team. A background in Sales Operations, finance and/or Business Planning (Operations), plus. Positive attitude, team player, ability to communicate cross functionally. Effective presentation, organizational, planning skills, and interpersonal skills.  . The expected salary range for this position is $55,000 USD to $70,000 USD annually. This salary range is an estimate, and the actual salary may vary based on the Company’s compensation practices. The salary may be adjusted based on applicant's geographic location. The position is also eligible to receive performance bonus or commission and equity in the form of restricted stock units.
