We're looking for an Engineering Manager to lead a team of full-stack engineers building Monarch's core product experience. You'll drive technical execution across our web and mobile platforms, while also helping to shape our engineering processes during a period of hyper-growth.. What You'll Do:. Lead and mentor a team of full-stack engineers while remaining hands-on with code and architecture. Establish engineering best practices, code quality standards, and development processes that enable rapid iteration while maintaining product reliability. Partner closely with Product and Design leads to translate product requirements into scalable technical solutions. Develop technical roadmaps and guide the team in delivering high-quality solutions. Participate in recruiting and hiring to build a diverse and talented growth engineering team. What You’ll Bring:. 5+ years of full-stack development experience with 2+ years in a technical leadership or management role. You consider yourself "product-centric" and take pride in building something people love.. You have superb written and verbal communication skills, with both technical and non-technical teammates. You have experience with early-stage company best practices including rapid iteration with robust metrics and qualitative user feedback.. Technical vision and ability to balance short-term delivery with long-term architectural goals. Nice to Have’s:. Experience with both web and mobile development.
