Own the performance and day-to-day operations of a portfolio of clients. Serve as the main point of contact for partner relationships, delivering excellent client service. Work with internal teams (media, product, finance, creative) to execute campaigns and integrations. Monitor performance data and use insights to optimize campaigns and acquisition strategies. Ensure timely and accurate invoicing, tracking, and reconciliation. Draft and manage reporting dashboards for internal and external stakeholders. Support contract renewals and help coordinate terms and deliverables with legal and finance teams. Coordinate creative, technical, or product-related updates with internal cross-functional partners. Troubleshoot issues quickly, keeping partners informed of resolution paths. Contribute ideas for new tests, features, or optimizations to improve partner performance. Requirements. 7+ years of experience in account management, client success, or business development, ideally within digital media or performance marketing. Strong relationship-building skills with external clients and internal teams. Excellent communication and presentation skills—written and verbal. Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. Highly organized and detail-oriented with a focus on execution. Comfortable analyzing performance metrics and communicating results to stakeholders. Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Experience in the financial services, insurance, or lending industry is a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general reporting tools. The expected salary range for this position is $90,000 USD to $145,000 USD annually. This salary range is an estimate, and the actual salary may vary based on the Company’s compensation practices. The salary may be adjusted based on applicant's geographic location. The position is also eligible to receive performance bonus or commission and equity in the form of restricted stock units.
