As a VIP Manager at Sporty, you will be the driving force behind the daily operations of the VIP Account Management team. Your primary role will be to lead and support a group of VIP Account Managers, ensuring the delivery of exceptional service to our highest-value clients. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure the VIP team is aligned with company goals, operational standards, and performance expectations.. This role combines people management, client strategy, and process optimisation, making it ideal for a senior-level VIP professional who has previous team lead experience.. Responsibilities:. Supervise and support a team of VIP Account Managers, providing coaching, mentorship, and performance feedback.. Ensure that the team delivers outstanding, personalized service to VIP clients, with a focus on retention, engagement, and satisfaction.. Track and report on team KPIs and individual Account Manager performance, ensuring targets are met and exceeded.. Optimize workflows, tools, and processes to enhance the productivity and quality of VIP services.. Act as the first point of contact for complex client issues or escalations, working with internal departments to resolve them quickly.. Identify skill gaps and coordinate training sessions to upskill the team in communication, data use, and service excellence.. Insights & Reporting: Provide regular feedback and insights to the Line Manager on client behavior, trends, and improvement areas.. Requirements:. Minimum 3 years of experience in a VIP Account Management or similar role within the iGaming industry;. Prior experience managing or mentoring team members is strongly preferred;. Proven ability to build strong relationships with high-value clients;. Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills;. Data-driven mindset with solid reporting and analytical capabilities;. Excellent communication skills with fluency in English;.
