About the role. We've created an exciting new role in our newly created Brand & Copywriting team as a Brand Strategy & Creative Lead where you’ll bring strategic focus, creative cohesion, and strong team leadership to how Insights expresses its brand, ensuring clarity, consistency, and impact at every touchpoint.. Reporting to the Head of Brand, you’ll lead and coach a cross-disciplinary team, fostering high performance, accountability, and collaboration. You’ll manage the development and delivery of brand content and visual identity, translating strategy into high-impact creative that builds recognition, drives differentiation, and supports commercial success. . You’ll excel at keeping multiple projects moving with clear priorities, from smart planning, resourcing to on-time delivery. You’ll champion the brand’s role across the business, building capability, aligning teams, and partnering closely with the Marketing team to deliver a consistent, customer-first brand experience. You’ll stay ahead of industry trends, define and measure brand performance, and embed smart processes that demonstrate brand value across both commercial outcomes and customer impact.. Day to day you'll. Leverage deep brand experience to shape direction, elevate creative standards, and influence how the brand delivers value across the business. Balance strategic creativity with strong team leadership and process management to deliver consistent, high-quality output. Drive the development and delivery of brand strategy in alignment with business goals and overarching brand direction. Position the brand as a lever for growth, driving revenue, enhancing customer experience, and delivering measurable ROI. Provide strategic oversight and partner with Principal Brand Designer on creative direction to ensure brand expression is cohesive, consistent, and on brief across all touchpoints. Elevate the creative and strategic maturity of the brand function through best practice, innovation, and insight. Support the Head of Brand in building brand understanding and capability across the organisation aligning brand priorities with commercial goals and ensuring impact at every level. Build strong, collaborative relationships with Brand and Marketing teams, as well as key cross-functional partners. Manage and mentor a team of designers and copywriters, setting clear expectations and providing regular coaching, feedback, and development. Define and embed robust processes to benchmark and measure brand performance over time • Bring a forward-thinking, insight-led approach, staying attuned to industry trends and defining brand performance in ways that drive both commercial outcomes and customer impact.  . Qualifications. What you'll bring. Proven senior brand leader with deep expertise in brand strategy, creative development, thought leadership and storytelling. Expert in strong, consistent brand identities and narratives that resonate deeply with external audiences, while bringing internal audiences on the journey. People management where you have coached, developed and mentored others to deliver with clarity, creativity, and strategic intent. . An understanding of how to turn brand insight and strategy into bold, cohesive experiences that deliver measurable impact and ROI.. Adept at coordinating and overseeing multiple project delivery, ensuring effective planning, resource allocation, and timely execution across team priorities.. Curious, purpose-driven, and forward-thinking, you lead by example, seeing the potential in others, communicating with empathy and clarity, and providing regular, developmental feedback that enables others to succeed.. Experience in leading and growing high-performing brand and creative teams, fostering environments where talent thrives and output consistently meets high standards. You influence and align stakeholders across functions and levels, and you build collaborative, high-functioning team cultures through clear expectations, consistent leadership, and a commitment to performance and growth.
