As a Data Migration Analyst, you will play a crucial role in the company's operations, focusing on . processing and analyzing data to be imported into our systems from our clients’. , in a SaaS context.. 🚀  What you will do in this role:. Execute the data migration from a given file (from simple to highly complex) provided by the client into our SaaS;. Provide support to employees and clients by resolving data import-related issues;. Identify and report bugs in the internal Import Tool, tracking progress until final resolution;. Create innovative solutions (including script development) to enhance operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and team productivity;. Ensure data security and confidentiality by implementing strict data security practices and policies;. Actively collaborate with the team, assisting them in solving complex problems, documenting processes, and providing technical support as needed;. Test and validate new solutions developed, offering constructive feedback to promote continuous process improvement.. Qualifications. 💪  What makes you a strong fit:. Experience with data-centric roles that require extensive technical knowledge;. Some experience with technical and non-technical customer-facing interactions;. Intermediate English (written and spoken) - plenty of interaction with international teams!. Advanced Excel and SQL skills;. Knowledge of programming logic, ideally with languages like Python or R;.
