Help practitioners spend less time documenting and more time caring for their patients.. You’ll lead the evolution of Jane’s Clinical Platform. This includes making charting more flexible and intelligent, and supporting an ecosystem where partners can build on top of Jane. Lead the evolution of Jane’s core charting experience to improve usability, reduce documentation time, and increase practitioner satisfaction.. Embed AI into clinical workflows in a way that supports care, reduces admin work, and keeps ethics and trust at the forefront.. Define and lead the Clinical Platform strategy, enabling partners to extend Jane for a wide range of disciplines and use cases.. Work closely with Design, Engineering, and Support to deliver clinical features that truly delight our practitioners.. Guide discovery and strategy grounded in empathy, research, and business context.. Help shape how Jane defines and measures success in clinical products, always with a focus on outcomes that matter to practitioners and patients.. Be a strategic voice on the leadership team, balancing short-term progress with a clear, long-term vision.. The Experience We Feel We Need. Proven leadership experience in product management at the Director level, ideally in SaaS.. A strong track record of building and scaling product platforms. Experience with developer ecosystems or APIs is a plus.. Expertise in product discovery, strategy, and execution. You bring clarity to complex spaces and help teams navigate ambiguity..
