Manage Graylog’s Clozd-based win/loss interview process and ensure actionable synthesis of findings.. What your first 90 days may look like.. Establish GTM & Enablement Infrastructure. Design and implement a scalable go-to-market strategy for new product launches and updates within your first 120 days. Create the first full set of enablement assets for the top three products and introduce a recurring GTM interlock cadence with Product, Sales, and Customer Success.. Reestablish Strategic Credibility of Product Marketing. Deliver quarterly “Market Intelligence Briefs” to the Executive team that synthesize win/loss analysis, competitive intelligence, and customer trends. Use insights to shape the roadmap and strategic messaging.. Represent PMM at the Executive Table. Serve as the voice of the market and the customer in senior leadership forums, translating business goals into marketing outcomes and vice versa.. A little bit about you;.
