The Project Manager/Sr. Project Manager, GTM PMO will be responsible for managing cross-functional projects at SQUIRE. This includes developing standard project timelines, leading project teams to ensure successful project execution, and continuously improving how projects are managed at SQUIRE.. This individual will collaborate closely with key stakeholders across the business to accelerate our ability to execute strategic initiatives from ideation through to launch and beyond. In order to be successful in this role, this individual should have expert proficiency in project management methodologies and software solutions with the ability to influence and lead matrixed project teams. This individual must be solution-oriented and able to remove roadblocks when leading teams to ensure overall project success.. REPORTS TO. Director, PMO. JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES. Develop and manage end-to-end project plans for cross-functional initiatives. Define project scope, success criteria, and deliverables, while minimizing scope creep throughout project execution. Create, update, and maintain project timelines for cross-functional initiatives. Proactively manage and mitigate project-level risks to ensure project success. Establish and maintain communication channels to regularly report on project status to key stakeholders, including executive leadership. Leverage best practices to continuously improve project management methodologies. Support PMO leadership team in rolling out and developing the stage gate process for cross-functional projects. Plan, coordinate, and document lessons learned from project post-mortems to drive actionable improvements for future projects. REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS. 3+ years of cross-functional project management experience (SaaS startup preferred). Experience with project management software, such as Asana, Smartsheet, or Microsoft Project. Familiarity with project management methodologies, such as Agile, Kanban, and Waterfall, with the ability to flex methodologies depending on business needs. Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently. Strong communicator with the ability to clearly articulate project updates to a variety of stakeholders. WHAT WE OFFER.
