We are looking for a Director of Sales Operations and Strategy to lead a team that partners with our Global Client Solutions (GCS) and Global Agency Development (GAD) teams. GCS is our cross-functional sales team including KarmaLab (Creative Strategy), Marketing Science (Measurement), Product Adoption, and Sales & Partner Enablement. GAD focuses on partnerships among the largest six holding companies (Publicis, IPG, WPP, Omnicom, Dentsu & Havas) and their agencies. . You will set the strategy and vision for the team responsible for building and executing core processes, such as business planning, reporting, and ongoing business operations management.. You will:. Collaborate with sales, sales finance, marketing, and other cross-functional stakeholders on strategic operational projects designed to increase sales productivity, operational efficiency, and revenue. Devise and recommend go-to-market strategies in close partnership with senior GCS and GAD leaders, sales, and cross-functional leaders. Build automation and scalability, optimize operational processes, and ensure seamless integration around data, systems, tools, and technology. Conduct strategic market insights including competitive landscape analysis to help formulate go to market approaches. Oversee the annual and quarterly planning processes, which include the development of the channel business plan, operating model, customer segmentation and resourcing . Qualifications:. Bachelor’s degree and above. 10+ years relevant work experience in business operations. 7+ years of people management experience. Experience in agency and media partnerships. Experience working across multiple business units, especially sales and finance, influencing and collaborating with others to successfully implement programs. Previous management consulting experience (e.g. McKinsey, Bain, BCG, Accenture, Big Four firms, etc.) highly preferred. Working knowledge of sales systems and tools (e.g. SFDC). Analytical thinker and structured problem solver. Extensive experience working with and presenting to SVP/VP and Director level stakeholders. Comfortable working in ambiguity. Benefits:.
