We’re looking for an organized and proactive Administrative Coordinator to support our Executive Assistant (EA) team with a range of day-to-day administrative and operational tasks. This is a great opportunity for someone with early-career administrative or office experience who is eager to learn, grow, and make an impact as part of a fast-paced, high-performing team.. In this role, you’ll work closely with our Executive Assistants to ensure the smooth running of internal processes, help manage scheduling and travel logistics, maintain team documentation, support internal events and meetings, and more. You’ll bring strong attention to detail, time management skills, and a willingness to jump in wherever needed.. You’ll be joining a collaborative, resourceful, and friendly team in a company that values creativity, initiative, and a sense of humor.. Key Responsibilities. Support Executive Assistants with various day-to-day tasks, including but not limited to, calendar management, travel coordination, and expense processing.. Assist in preparing meeting materials, agendas, and follow-ups as needed.. Help organize internal meetings, executive briefings, and department events (including logistics like food, supplies, space setup, and cleanup).. Monitor shared inboxes, update documents and trackers, and assist with document formatting and distribution.. Maintain shared calendars and scheduling tools to ensure visibility into executive availability and team activities.. Support special projects and internal initiatives as assigned by the EA team..  . Qualifications and Key Competencies. 1–3 years of experience. in an administrative, office, or coordinator role; tech or startup environment a plus.. Excellent. . organizational and time management skills. , with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.. Clear and professional communication. . skills. , both written and verbal.. Detail-oriented. with a high level of accuracy and follow-through.. Reliable and dependable. , with a strong sense of accountability and consistency in delivering high-quality work.. The salary range for this role is $50,000 - $65,000 + bonus + benefits
