Journal entry preparation and balance sheet reconciliation of multiple general ledger accounts including, but not limited, expense accruals, fixed assets, prepaid expenses, capitalized internally developed software, and tax.. Initial preparation and review of monthly revenue and operating expenses reports through various analytical procedures, including flux analysis and comparisons to other operating metrics. . Perform detailed analyses of various financial metrics for management . Assist tax consultants with recording of quarterly tax provision and reconciliation. Assist in monthly accounting close process. Assist with various projects such as external reviews, audits, taxes, and public financial reporting filing requirements.. Assist in ERP implementation of SAP.. Performing research and analysis as required. What you've accomplished:. Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field. Minimum of 4-6 years’ experience in finance or accounting related functions.. Critical thinking and analytical skills, comfortable working with high volume database. Extensive knowledge of GAAP and application towards accounting entries. . Advanced excel skills . Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion & good judgment. Ability to work independently, strong organizational and multitasking skills. Detail-oriented and able to perform in a high-pressure environment. Bonus Points:.
