Manager - Financial Planning & Analysis at Blackbaud. Location Information: USA. We are seeking a strategic and results-driven FP&A Manager to join our Finance team. This role will be a key business partner, driving financial planning, forecasting, and performance analysis to support strategic decision-making and operational excellence. You will lead a team of analysts and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver insights that shape the future of our business.. What you'll do:. Partner with business leaders to support expense-related financial planning and analysis in support of company profitability.. Lead the quarterly forecasting and annual budgeting processes.. Contribute to long-range strategic planning and annual operating plans.. Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) aligned with business goals.. Manage, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of financial analysts.. Coordinate financial deliverables for recurring business and executive reviews.. Build and maintain financial models to support strategic initiatives and business cases.. Collaborate across FP&A, Finance & Accounting, and other departments to ensure alignment and accuracy.. Serve as a subject matter expert in your areas of financial support.. Support company-wide financial objectives, including achieving the Rule of 45 through program initiatives.. What you'll bring:. 8+ years of experience in financial planning & analysis, business planning, or corporate strategy.. Proven ability to analyze business performance and develop actionable financial strategies.. Experience in SaaS or technology-driven businesses strongly preferred.. Prior people management experience leading high-performing teams preferred.. Self-starter with a strong work ethic, analytical mindset, and high attention to detail..
