We are seeking a highly strategic and data-driven Director of Lifecycle Marketing to join the Revenue Marketing team. This role will be responsible for defining, developing, and executing comprehensive lifecycle marketing strategies that drive customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and loyalty across all touchpoints, for multi-personas and products. The ideal candidate will be a visionary leader with a proven track record of optimizing the customer journey through personalized and automated campaigns, including email and other channels.. What You'll Do:. Strategy & Vision:. Develop and own the end-to-end lifecycle marketing strategy, from awareness and acquisition to onboarding, engagement, retention, and win-back.. Customer Journey Mapping:. Deeply understand our customer segments and map out their complete journey, identifying key touchpoints, pain points, and opportunities for optimization.. Campaign Development & Execution:. Design, implement, and manage multi-channel lifecycle campaigns (email, in-app messaging, push notifications, SMS, direct mail, etc.) that are personalized, timely, and relevant.. Segmentation & Personalization:. Leverage customer data to build sophisticated segmentation models and drive hyper-personalized experiences that increase engagement and conversions.. A/B Testing & Optimization:. Continuously test, analyze, and optimize campaign performance, identifying winning strategies and scaling best practices.. Performance Measurement & Reporting:. Ten+ years of progressive experience. in lifecycle marketing, CRM, or a related field, with a significant portion in a leadership or strategic role.. Deep expertise. in marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot and Salesforce).
