This is a pivotal role responsible for driving execution within our mobile team, maintaining backlog health, facilitating scrum ceremonies, and ensuring tight coordination across teams. You’ll report to the Product Manager for Mobile and Account Acquisition and play a key role in delivering a stable, high-performing mobile experience to our clients.. Ensure user stories are clear, prioritized, and aligned with sprint and release goals.. Track execution timelines closely and escalate blockers to ensure smooth delivery.. Scrum Leadership. Act as scrum facilitator: run sprint planning, daily stand-ups, grooming, and retrospectives.. Maintain focus on sprint velocity, backlog hygiene, and sprint-to-sprint consistency.. Partner with engineering, QA, and design to keep cross-functional teams aligned.. Cross-Team Alignment.
