We’re looking for a UI Designer to help us create beautiful, intuitive, scalable interfaces across our internal tools, public-facing products, and client platforms. This isn’t a single-product role — it’s an opportunity to work across multiple environments: from operations dashboards and product UIs, to marketing pages and possibly even a little brand refinement. . You’ll bring expertise in UI best practices, visual hierarchy, and deep familiarity with platform-specific patterns (especially for web, iOS, and Android). You should understand not just how to make interfaces look good, but how to make them effortlessly intuitive through informed component choices and clear interactions.. Design intuitive, visually structured interfaces and interactions for web, iOS, and Android applications.. Provide clear, evidence-based UI recommendations for complex interactions (e.g., deciding between dropdowns vs. segmented controls, tabs vs. modals, etc.).. Maintain and evolve robust design systems (in Figma), clearly documenting best practices, component usage guidelines, and visual standards for seamless developer handoff.. Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and UX strategists.. Support marketing and brand teams with occasional graphic design needs (social assets, simple layouts, visuals).. Translate UX wireframes or conceptual flows into high-fidelity designs.. Refine flows and states — error handling, empty states, loading UX, and more.. Ensure consistency of visual standards across products.. Prepare files, components, and documentation for developer handoff.. Contribute to internal conversations about design standards and product quality.. Skills & Experience You’ll Need. 3+ years of UI design experience. Proven experience with cross-platform design (specifically, understanding differences and nuances between web, iOS Human Interface Guidelines, and Android Material Design).. Demonstrated proficiency in applying visual hierarchy principles, ensuring interfaces are intuitive, clear, and easy-to-navigate.. Strong analytical skill in selecting the appropriate UI components based on UX goals and technical feasibility.. Ability to articulate design rationale clearly to teams and stakeholders, balancing best practices against product constraints.. Comfortable working with UX inputs like wireframes and flows. Ability to manage time across multiple products and stakeholders. Experience with motion design, micro-interactions, or transitions.
