This position is to lead a part of the . Doctor Solutions group,. which focuses on building tools for doctors to manage their practice and provide better care to their patients. This group plays a pivotal role in our area by supporting hundreds of thousands of doctors in 9+ countries.. We actively invest in AI and R&D to build smarter, scalable tools for doctors. As an Engineering Manager, you'll support AI integration in products, foster experimentation and prototyping, and collaborate with Data Science and Product teams to drive innovation through data.. Role. As an Engineering Manager in this group, you’ll be fully responsible and accountable for managing your team(s), ensuring predictable, high-quality delivery with high operational standards. You’ll also actively partner with your Product and UX counterparts to shape the direction of our area and the company as a whole.. Managing the team . Lead and represent a team of multi-disciplinary squads.. Actively partner with your Product and UX counterparts.. Provide accountability for all the initiatives of your teams.. Work closely with the technical leaders of the group and the area to develop an effective technical strategy.. Act as a point of reference for our Leadership team and for the main Stakeholders of your teams.. Provide guidance, mentorship, and coaching inside the team, through regular feedback and performance assessments.. Product management. Internal Product management. Understand and focus on your customer's needs. Foster Platform as a Product approach. Own process from discovery to delivery. Facilitate OKR process. Enhance and facilitate communication between the team and the product teams . Set and clearly communicate the team roadmap to achieve the mission and goals. Managing the project.
